Warranty And Disclaimer 

Satori Cedar Spas will guarantee the craftsmanship and lumber for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Any wood product deemed by Satori Cedar Spas to have failed due to defects in materials or workmanship within 3 years (36 months) from date of purchase will be repaired or replaced, at our option, without charge for materials or labor. 

Third party manufactured equipment will carry a standard 2 year warranty. Should a component happen to fail, please contact us for the proper steps on replacing the equipment.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER IMPROPER USE OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
•    Cedar spas subjected to misuse, or if any repairs on the product are attempted by anyone other than our authorized representatives.
•    Damage due to excessive use of chemicals or contact with other chemicals on the material (this includes the use of stain and other wood treatment products).
•    Fading of wood is not considered a defect and will naturally occur due to normal exposure to the elements and aging.

Satori Cedar Spas does not accept responsibility for personal or property damage including injury or death from the use of our product. The customer assumes all liabilities that are foreseen and unforeseen. In no event shall Satori Cedar Spas be liable for any direct, incidental, punitive, or consequential damage of any kind whatsoever with respect to service, the materials and the products.

All products must be installed under the governing laws of the customer’s municipal, state and national building codes, including electrical hook up.

Shipping is included to the contiguous United States with the purchase of all of our spas. Please contact us ( before purchase)
for a custom quote for deliveries outside of the contiguous United
States, including international shipping. Local pick-up also available
in St. Louis, MO. 

Customer is responsible to inspect parcel for damage prior to signing release from 3rd party shipping carriers. 

By signing such release customer is agreeing that the parcel has arrived without damage.
