Refund policy

At Satori Cedar Spas, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, custom cedar hot tubs designed to provide years of comfort and enjoyment. Our goal is to ensure that each purchase meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our products and the logistical complexities associated with production and delivery, we kindly ask that you review our return and refund policy prior to placing your order.

Returns

Given that each hot tub is custom-built to your specific preferences, we regret that we are unable to accept returns once the manufacturing process has begun or after delivery. The bespoke nature of our products means they are uniquely designed for each client, and as such, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Refunds for Standard Builds

For standard builds (not custom-designed), we are pleased to offer a refund if the request is made prior to shipment. However, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that once the hot tub has been shipped, refunds can no longer be issued.

Refund requests for standard builds must be submitted in writing to info@satoricedarspas.com, and our team will process your request promptly. The remaining refund balance, after deducting the restocking fee, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Custom Orders

Because of the personalized nature of custom orders, cancellations or modifications are not possible after production has commenced. We encourage clients to review all specifications and designs carefully before approving the final order.

Damages and Warranty Claims

In the unlikely event that your hot tub arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedies.
